Shown here are the geometric dimensions with the leads after they have exited molded plastic. At this point, the shield and signal leads encounter a ground plane where the leads are mounted on a substrate. Since this is also a standard lead configuration with ground plane, there are standard programs available to simply add the dimensions to the program which will, in turn, output the exact characteristic impedance.
