The SCR family is shown on this slide. The SCR is the unipolar switch, which conducts in only one direction. Shown are the standard, the sensitive, the high TJ, and the high voltage devices. The trigger currents range from 50 µA, very sensitive, up to 80 mA with withstanding voltages on the main terminals of 200 V to 1,200 V, and availability in both standard or high junction temperature.
