This slide compares the figure of merit (RDS(on) x Gate charge) for ST’s F7 technology and two main competitors, for a generic 100V specification. In this case, thanks to the lower RDS(on) of the ST technology, the lowest figure of merit is determined to be ST’s. F7 technology is a technology that operates from 40V up to 150V.
