The premium and the explorer evaluation kits are available now. The explorer kit is quite a bit less expensive than the premium. It comes with a Nucleo microcontroller card that it plugs into. It basically supports the mbed standard and also the STM32CubeMX development tools including all of the standard STM32 development tools.
