The chart shown on this slide presents the load life test data for the RGLL/RGVP. It illustrates that the RGLL/RGVP series are among the most reliable chip resistors in the industry. For example, the actual drift for 10 K resistors at 2000 hours at 85°C is 0.01%. The RGLL/RGVP do not drift more than 0.05% even after 10000 hours at 85°C.
