L37-3F is a silicone-based thermal interface material from T-Global which has a thermal conductivity of 1.4 W/m.k and is available as very thin sheets, die cuts, or on rolls. The 0.25 mm thick product offers the engineer excellent thermal performance and allows the product to be used in a number of demanding thermal applications.
