This slide shows the typical materials properties for LI-2000. This product is available in two thicknesses depending on the roughness or concavity of the surface. The thermal conductivity is 1.2 W/mk which combined with the good adhesion strength provides an excellent way of attaching a heat sink to a substrate and also managing the thermal issues.
