PC99AL is a PCM material which is coated onto an aluminum foil to aid rework. This is essential for many applications where the device may need repair or rework during its lifetime. The addition of the aluminum layer does not have a detrimental effect on the thermal performance of this product but offers a benefit which is often highly desirable for the end user.
