Unlike the IPC-Lite drivers, in order to use the main IPC drivers, there are a number of additions that need to be made to both the M3 and C28 application projects first. The first step is to add the IPC circular buffer and index section definitions to the top of the CTOM and MTOC MSG RAM’s in both M3 and C28 projects’ command linker files as shown on this slide.
