As it was mentioned earlier, one of the benefits of the NexFET technology is operation at higher switching frequencies. This graph shows that the power loss gap widens between the NexFET devices and the industry standard. Therefore, solutions using the NexFET MOSFETs not only can switch at higher frequencies but can also achieve higher efficiencies than solutions using industry standard MOSFETs.
