Toshiba offers low RDSon MOSFETs in small packages specially used for power supply circuits in hand-held applications. Some of these small packages are CST4/CST3B, SOT-563 and UFM. These can be controlled with 1.2V to 1.8V gate voltages. Per the MOSFET roadmap above, the RDSon for the newer products is below 50mOhm (max) @ -1.8V.
