Testing of Industrial temperature rated SSDs include performing read/write/erase at extreme temperatures. I-Temp SSDs require special testing, such as: Program in cold (-40°C) and Read in hot (85°C) and vice versa; Varying storage states at different temperatures; and Cycle testing temperature from -40°C to 85°C (back and forth).
