The PTCEL comes in two sizes: 13 millimeter and 17 millimeter discs, with resistance ranges from 60 Ohms to 1000 Ohms and maximum voltages up to 700 VRMS/1 kVDC. Max inrush current is up to 40A. The operating temperature range of the PTCEL is up to 105°C and the thermal time constant is 105 seconds for the 13 size, and 120 seconds for the 17 size in still air.
