For the thermal sensor option chosen with either part number code N1 or NT, Vishay uses the AEC-Q200 qualified NTC thermistor shown here, which features an EIA 0603 size, 10,000 ohm with 1% tolerance and a Beta value of 3,435 Kelvin ±1%. The NTC thermistor enables the temperature of the resistor to be monitored directly.
