This presentation will review the line of patented, state-of-the-art reliable heat sink attachments featuring the widely used maxiGRIP™ and superGRIP™ frame and spring clips. ATS’ clipKIT attachments are available for 15mm to 45mm component packages and are designed for standard heat sinks that have a base thickness of 1.75mm to 4mm.
