Moreover, three types of packages are offered: SOIC, WSON, and BGA (FAB and FAC). Depending on the density an 8 pin or a 16 pin SOIC is offered, and two types of BGA are offered: a 4 ball by 6 ball configuration, or a 5 ball by 5 ball configuration.
