Efinix has embedded memory blocks that are natively 5 kbit blocks of single port memory, 1024k x 5. The memory can be configured into different memory types, including FIFO, ROM, and dual port. The blocks can also be configured together to support wider and deeper blocks as needed and the memory blocks can support independent widths for READ and WRITE data ports.
