EPC’s eGaN FETs allowed the engineer to select devices for this design that offered the lowest Rds(on) per area, the lowest charges, and because of the LGA packaging, the lowest stray inductance. For the EPC9115 design the engineer used the 80V EPC2021 on the primary side and the 60V EPC2020 on the secondary side.
