Since the introduction of Harwin’s Datamate high-power contacts, customers have demanded the same reliable performance with even more current per contact. Kona addresses this need by increasing current capacity in a single contact to 60 A on an 8.5 mm pitch. The design is very compact, standing at just 21.5 mm above the PCB for a cable-to-board mated pair with up to 48 A per centimeter so no space is wasted.
