All VULCON™ connectors are fully shielded. Vertical board mount and right-angle board connectors have through hole solder connections for shell ground. All VULCON external cable mount connectors have a ground tab for shield-to-shell attachment. VULCON panel solder cup connectors require an extra lead for PCB or system ground.
