Looking into the future, PoE capabilities and applications are forever expanding. Phihong has developed a line of Ultra Power ranging from 60W to 80W per port and Mega Power at 95W per port. While these are mostly used by OEMs at the moment, demand is growing for these power outputs in the security markets for more complicated cameras, back-up power systems and magnetic locks.
