Due to the better characteristics highlighted in the previous table the simulation at the top of this slide shows that operation at 5kHz results in 6% lower losses than company B’s module. The ΔTj  is significantly lower as well, 13° versus 17° for the competing module. At 10kHz the results are even better, 7% lower losses and ΔTj  is 19° versus 25° for Company B.
