Powerex offers a wide lineup of 6th generation 1700 volt options in the NX-M and NX-L packages such as a 75A 7-pack, 150, 200, 300, and 450 amp dual modules in the NX-M package 450 and 600A dual modules in the NX-L package. Note that the VLA500K-01R DC/DC converter and hybrid IC gate driver can be used in conjunction with the 1700 volt NX-Series modules.
