The L6206 and L6226 devices integrate all the features of the previous two ICs, as well as providing the possibility of adjusting the maximum current protection through a resistor connected to a dedicated pin. It is also possible to use this protection feature to implement a PWM current control. So one can see from the L6205 to the L6206 and L6226 there is an increase in complexity.
