The BayCat provides a standard interface for hard drives through an on-board latching SATA connector that supports three Gigabits-per-second data transfer. In addition, Bay Cat has a microSD socket and an mSATA site. Both support bootable, removable rugged flash for applications where program or information storage is needed without the use of rotating hard drives.
