This plot shows the improvement in radiated EMI between the unit with Si PiN diodes and SiC Schottkys. The purple line is the limit line under which the spectrum must be maintained in order to pass this particular standard. Note the dramatic improvement between 30MHz and 110MHz with SiC technology.
