The PMOS pass device is used in the majority of Diodes' LDO products. For this type of product, the product lineup includes output currents from 50 mA to 600 mA with maximum input voltages from 5 V to 40 V. The Diodes AP7350 has an Iq less than 1 μA in a small chip scale package. The NMOS pass device of the AP7176B is 3 A capable with a dropout of 300 millivolts.
