WS200 is the flux system that would be used for a leaded alloy application where the circuit assembly will have the flux residues washed off with water. One of the key advantages to the WS200 product is its ability to allow the flux to go uncleaned for up to 3 days after reflow. Once this time elapses, the flux residues must be cleaned in order to mitigate corrosion. Additionally, the WS200 product offers excellent humidity resistance, 4 hour abandon/pause time and 24 hour tack time.
